Almond Oatmeal Energy Balls

Serves 4
- 2 cups old fashions oats
- ¾ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 cup almond or peanut butter
- 1 cup milled flaxseed
- 1 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup raisins, cranberries, dates, apricots, or cherries
- Mix together all ingredients using electric mixer or food processor.
- Spray fingers lightly with cooking spray and roll mixture into small balls.
- Chill and store in individual portions within small snack bags for easy on-the-go snacking.
- Makes 16 energy balls.
- OMG! Delicious and so easy to make. Like little granola bars in ball shape, but so much tastier!
