Blueberry Sour Cream Pancakes

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups all-purpose flour
  2. ¼ cup sugar
  3. 4 teaspoons baking powder
  4. ½ teaspoon salt
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1½ cups milk
  7. 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
  8. 2½ tablespoons butter, melted
  9. 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
  1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Add milk sour cream and butter; mix well.
  4. Stir in to dry ingredients just until blended.
  5. Fold in the blue berries.
  6. Pour batter by ¼ cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle; turn when bubbles from on top of pancakes.
  7. Cook until the second side is golden brown.
Notes
  1. Serve with Brockmann Timber’s pure maple syrup!
