Ingredients
  1. 1½ cups quick-cooking oats
  2. 1 cup all-purpose flour
  3. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  4. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  5. ¼ teaspoon salt
  6. 1½ cups milk
  7. 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  8. 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  9. ½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine milk eggs, and butter; stir into dry ingredients jut until blended.
  3. Fold in pecans.
  4. Pour batter by ¼ cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle; turn when bubbles from on the top of pancakes.
  5. Cook until second side is golden brown.
Notes
  1. Serve with Brockmann Timber’s pure maple syrup!
