Ingredients
  1. 2 cups old fashions oats
  2. ¾ cup pure maple syrup
  3. 1 cup almond or peanut butter
  4. 1 cup milled flaxseed
  5. 1 cup vanilla whey protein powder
  6. 1 cup sliced almonds
  7. 1 cup raisins, cranberries, dates, apricots, or cherries
Instructions
  1. Mix together all ingredients using electric mixer or food processor.
  2. Spray fingers lightly with cooking spray and roll mixture into small balls.
  3. Chill and store in individual portions within small snack bags for easy on-the-go snacking.
  4. Makes 16 energy balls.
Notes
  1. OMG! Delicious and so easy to make. Like little granola bars in ball shape, but so much tastier!
