Buttermilk Pancakes

Serves 5
Delicious fluffy pancakes.
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Combine all ingredients, blending well.
- Pour batter by ¼ cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle
- Turn when bubbles from on top of pancakes.
- Cook until the second side is golden brown.
- Serve with Brockmann Timber’s pure maple syrup!
