It’s our intention to be a casual and local point-of-interest giving folks with spring fever a reason to get out, see how maple syrup is produced and head home with a bottle for their pancakes.
We collect sap from our giant Sugar Maples and produce pure maple syrup every February through April. You are welcome to stop by and see the sap to syrup process. Our sign by the road will let you know when we are boiling.
If you have maple trees you’d like to tap, we’re happy to custom boil this sap into syrup for you. Contact us to make arrangements.
